The minimum age to access the club is 18 years.1.2 The tickets purchased are for personal and non-transferable use. The name that appears on the ticket must match the documentation that is presented at the door of the club. In no case will the resale of tickets be allowed. Access will not be allowed if the ticket is incomplete, altered, torn or shows signs of forgery, or without a physical or digital ticket.<\/p>\n\n

1.3 In the case of multiple purchases, the presence of the holder of each ticket is essential to access the premises. The original documentation with which the purchase was made must be shown and in no case will access be allowed in the absence of the owner.<\/p>\n\n

1.4 The holder of the credit card used to make the payment must present the same card used and an identity document that includes a photograph (driving license, DNI or passport) at the door of the club. Photocopies are not accepted.<\/p>\n\n

1.5. In the event that the card used to pay for the purchase is fraudulent, contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the event at info@enjoysalou.com. In this case, the purchased tickets will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n

1.6. The club reserves the right of admission under certain conditions, including when a client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotic substances or has a violent attitude, among others. In case of refusal of entry, ENJOYSALOU will fully refund the amount entered by contacting info@enjoysalou.com.<\/p>\n\n

1.7. In case of theft or loss of the purchased tickets, contact us by email at info@enjoysalou.com as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n

1.8 Customers purchasing VIP area tickets must be appropriately dressed in elegant clothing (beachwear including swimwear, shorts, beach sandals, flip-flops and men wearing vests is prohibited). Notwithstanding the foregoing, ENJOYSALOU reserves the right of admission to the VIP area of the club, even if the aforementioned terms are not met.<\/p>\n\n

1.9. ENJOYSALOU does not accept changes, modifications or refunds of tickets after the event has taken place.<\/p>\n\n

1.10. In case of cancellation of the show or party, the USER will be notified in advance by email and the purchase will be fully refunded.
